Working on a Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction with a Gifted and Talented Highly Qualified Certification and a specialist in Early Childhood Education.

I completed my student teaching for my degree and certification at Crockett in 2017. I began my first year of teaching 5^th grade in the Fall of 2017. The 2023-2024 school year will be my 7^th year teaching at Crockett, but my 8^th year being on the Crockett campus. I have taught Science and Social Studies the entire time I have been at Crockett, but can help students with math and reading as well.

When not teaching, I enjoy just spending time with my husband and kids. We like to take road trips and enjoy seeing new places. The Destin, Florida area is our favorite vacation spot. We have been 7 times in 12 years and really look forward to spending much more time there in the future. I also love binge-watching my Netflix shows.
