Crockett Intermediate School

Classes

In 1963-1967 the students had most of the same classes that we do today. They had history, math, reading, language arts, P.E. (or athletics), and science and they had elective choices such as band or choir. To help with clerical duties, some girls were also chosen to serve as student workers in the office and library. This was the ladies' time to shine! The senior (or 9th-grade) girls could be office or library assistants. That tradition continues today with 7th-grade girls and boys picked to help out in the office and library.
