Crockett Intermediate School

During his years as principal, students had mostly the same athletic choices that we do today with the exceptions of cross country and swimming. They had basketball, football, volleyball, tennis and track. The Crockett boys dominated over the other schools in the district in the sports of football and basketball. The district included Mount Pleasant, North Lamar, Texarkana, Liberty-Eylau, and Sulphur Springs. Greenville has now replaced Liberty-Eylau as a district opponent.
